The four sides of the note block are screen-printed with a delightful yellow lemon and green leaf design. Each white tear-off page features a lemon tree branch adorned with yellow lemons and green leaves in the top right corner. The sentiment is elegantly printed in black ink at the bottom center.

A hole, punched through the top left corner of all the notes creates a pen holder designed to hold the included pen. The pen is adorned with the same lemon and leaf design and is filled with black ink. Additionally, it features a gold tip, clip, and ring.

The note block contains 750 tear-off pages, providing more than enough sheets to write two notes a day for an entire year. A blue ribbon securely ties the note block and the pen together as a set.
